I'm a ramekin fan though, I have to say. I like my Creme Brulee just the way it comes - slightly bitter, crunchy on top, super-smooth inside with a slightly sweet taste and a fatty mouthfeel.
Pair that with a good cup of coffee and hot damn, that's amazing.
Incidentally, I'd love to have that for breakfast every day. Shut up, arteries, it's a GREAT idea!
