Tim Lee is at it again for his show “Done Gone.” This time, we see a full reveal of a piece he has for the show. This piece is titled “Spirit Guide,” and is painted on constructed wood panels. We love the pumpkin skull head atop another creature’s wooden antlers as it is guided through the forest. The earth tone colors are perfect for this woodsy feel piece on wood! Plus, look at the grin on that big fella!
We will have more from Tim and all the artists for the June show at Stranger Factory as it gets closer to the opening in two weeks, so stay tuned.
Tim Lee’s “Done Gone” opens June 7th at Stranger Factory with a reception from 6-9pm. Tim will be present. In addition, Tim will be teaching a workshop with Valency Genis on Sunday June 9th.
